Spearheaded by two James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs, Pastis continues to showcase its classic curved zinc bar adorned with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors reflecting handwritten daily specials, and a mosaic-tiled floor that glows under carefully curated lighting. The ambiance is an integral part of the experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements the restaurant's timeless aesthetic. The carefully designed lighting elements enhance the overall mood, allowing patrons to immerse themselves in the charm of Pastis as they enjoy its renowned hospitality.
